These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Plansera AI (“Plansera AI”, “we”, “us”) and our E-2 business plan service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Plansera AI is software that helps you prepare an E-2 treaty-investor business plan by collecting your inputs and documents, performing automated eligibility checks, and generating a business-plan document. The output is a draft business plan based on the information you provide.

Not legal advice

Plansera AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Using the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship. Eligibility checks and generated content are informational and do not guarantee any visa or immigration outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you should have a licensed U.S. immigration attorney review your case and filing. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Payment

• The Service is offered for a one-time fee per business plan, shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider.
• Promotional codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and may carry their own conditions.
• Because the Service delivers a generated digital work product, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. Contact us if you believe there has been a billing error.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it is accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it other than to prepare a legitimate E-2 business plan.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plansera AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant plan.
